As a native of the Shenandoah Valley, hometown of Stephenson, Virginia, Jeff decided at an early age that he was passionate about excavation and construction. He founded Pine Knoll Construction in 1987. With Jeff’s dedication and hard work, through the recent tough economic times, Pine Knoll Construction has grown and become stronger under his guidance and leadership.
