History

From 1987 to Today: Still getting the job done right.

Since 1987, Jeff and Rose Jenkins have built Pine Knoll Construction on one simple promise: show up, work hard, deliver quality results, and treat every customer’s land like it’s our own. That’s how we’ve earned the trust of homeowners and builders across Winchester, Martinsburg, Hagerstown, and the entire tri-state region.

  • 1987

    Where it all began

    Father and son, Garland and Jeff Jenkins founded Pine Knoll Construction in fall of 1987.

  • 1998

    Operations Moved to Ebert Rd

    As our business grew, we upgraded to a rented space on 210 Ebert Rd, Winchester VA

  • 2000

    Miss Utility 2000 Constractor Safety

    Pine Knoll Construction was awarded with Miss Utility in 2000. This is a Contractor Safety Recognition Award that is only given to companies that display outstanding underground utility damage prevention

  • 2016

    Moved Headquarters to new home in Clear Brook

    Our operations and office moved to 115 Jeffs Way, Clear Brook VA in July of 2016. We built our own building to our exact spec to better serve customers.

  • 2016

    $1 Million Cumulative Sales – Varco Pruden

    Pine Knoll Construction was awarded with a recognition and appreciation achievement from Varco Pruden Buildings for reaching $1,000,000 in cumulative sales for 1 calendar year

  • 2021

    Kirby Building Authorization

    Became an authorized builder for Kirby Building Systems
